Return & Refund Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, item must be unworn or unused and in the original packaging. You will also need your invoice number or screen shot proof of purchase.
To initiate a return please email: zellieblueshop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged and Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items:
Personalized items are not able to be refunded. Please contact us at zellieblueshop@gmail.com if you have questions or concerns about your item and whether it qualifies for a refund.
***We cannot accept refunds on gift cards or sale items***
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
If approved, as soon as your approved return has been received, you’ll be automatically refunded via your originally payment method.
